The Bagel Island History: Bagel Island Coffee and Deli was born from a true love of coffee and natural beauty. Always dreaming that some day we would open a coffee shop, we kept a constant eye out for an ideal location where we could combine our passions. Upon arriving in the beautiful Big Pine Key Florida we knew we had finally found the perfect place.

The Bagel Island Experience: Bagel Island offers a full service coffee shop and deli where you can sip a latte or eat a fabulous well prepared meal. Our passion for coffee is evident in the quality of our drinks. We serve nothing but the best fresh roasted coffee and espressos. We also carry a full line of frozen coffee drinks, fruit tea smoothies and many other specialty drinks.

Along with our coffee we are a full restaurant and bagel shop. The same care that goes into our coffee also goes into our well prepared food. Full breakfast and lunch fare are available along with made-from-scratch, in house bagels and yummy pastries all made fresh daily.

Bagel Island Coffee and Deli offers full dine in and take out services. Customers are treated to a relaxed and upbeat dining area complete with wireless internet and friendly locals.

Atlantic’s Edge restaurant, featuring panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and seating both indoors and alfresco by the sea, is consistently rated one of the most outstanding restaurants in the Florida Keys. Executive Chef Barry Walling and Restaurant Chef Anthony Mansollilo pride themselves on serving the freshest ingredients.

This season, the chefs have designed an interesting menu that reflects their island tropical-style, using wild and natural ingredients from the Garden, the Sea and from the Range. The menu consists of a great selection of 24 small plate dishes, allowing guests to tailor a meal to their own individual palates.

The choices range from plates such as Spiny Lobster Dumplings, Crispy Arepitas with Smoked Mozzarella, Chorizo and Caramelized Apples and Honey Lavender Glazed Duck Breast. The menu is designed so that diners can order several unique and delicious small plate dishes to enjoy a wide variety of tastes, and is offered with carefully selected wine pairings chosen by the Manager of Atlantic’s Edge, TJ Solan.

Dessert creations are also designed in a small plate fashion, and include Chocolate in Three Ways and a Brulee sampler. Fresh-brewed Starbucks coffee or hot Tazo teas are served with dessert.
